”There were cobwebs in the room, no tissues in the container. The key to the fitness room did not work, there was no water in the dispenser to drink and no clorox wipes in the dispenser to wipe down the machines. Other than that, it was a nice stay and the building was clean.”

”While using the text option to ask questions, the staff member took a long time to respond and was rude. The room. Was clean and in good condition, however, the spa tub that was in my room was dirty! Cleaned it out my self prior to using it. ”

”They say pet friendly..But there was no place for our dog to relieve himself except a small area away from hotel.. The parking was terrible as well.Not enough soaces for hotels quest”

”The entire property smelled of chlorine. We had a room with a jetted tub and the tub did not work properly. When staff was notified, all they said was "We are sorry to hear that". Not a good experience. ”

”I was above the pool area and you could hear a vibration type of sound coming from below all night long. The hotel and staff are great, but do some about the noise. I wouldn’t want to be near the pool again ”

”U booked us a 2 queen room and we payed for a jacuzzi room. Luckily they had 1 room left . I had to pay xtra 30bucks too which was bogus. Not the hotel fault its all on expedia”

”We had a terrible time at this property. Our key for our room repeatedly stopped working and we had to go to the desk constantly for new keys. By our second night, we had no keys for our room. We were placed in the middle of a renovation (rooms being renovated all around us. We were walking over drywall and debris to get to our room. The gentlemen working on the rooms were kind, but often in our way as we were coming and going. The tv in our room did not work.”
