”we've stayed at a few of the hotels in the west end of Patna. This has been our favorite. Access to the mall is a definite plus. Staff did their best to make our stay nice, including giving us a temporary room to use until the class of room we had booked was available.”

”I am really happy with the sevices provided by the Grand Empire Patna. I would specially like to mention Mr. Sabbir for his warm welcome given to us. We were too touched about how he made us use the lift and he climbed the stairs, to maintain social distancing and then escorted us to our room. Really happy to know about the safety measures taken by the hotel and fascinated to know about the stories associated with the hotel, he told us about.
