”Room exceeded my expectations, the only comment I have that when I tried to check in, my key didn't work and it took a while until I found someone/someone picked up the phone. And when came back from the spa, restaurant/bar was already closed (just after 9) which meant I couldn't order any room service. Aside from that - the room was PERFECT.”

”Le contact avant l'entrée des lieux n'a pas été bien clair. Toutefois, une fois sur place, le séjour s'est très bien passé, tout à fait dans mes attentes : endroit très propre, le nécessaire est dans la chambre. Lit confortable pour ma part. Le lieu reste le moins cher sur Burnley. J'y retournerais si je serais amené à le faire.”
