”Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. Two restaurant options for breakfast. Good location just near by the old town, but still on the quiet street. Room was clean and comfy. There is a gym you can use for free. Loved to stay there, really good value for money! ”

”Since there isn’t daily room service, the unit should provide broom and other cleaning tools. Water filter should be provided too. Need improvement in cleanliness. The floor feels sticky. No tissue paper provided for living room.”

”GOOD”

”I recently stayed at Regalodge hotel for my first time in Ipoh. The first impression is the hotel has the old-school feeling of hotels were back like 30 years ago. The staff were friendly and helpful, when my phone was stuffing up, they recommended me to take it to a phone repair shop if it stopped working. The complementary breakfast was quite good, it’s more catered to Malaysian people so you’re getting the real deal here. When staying in an area for the first time, it’s the hotels first...

”We love the hotel’s Art Deco/contemporary luxury design, making it a truly unique and beautiful property. A lot of thought goes into every aspect from the impressive reception lobby to the luxurious bed linen. The welcome tea hosted on the Executive Floor lounge is a nice and hospitable gesture (well done)! Don’t miss going up to the rooftop garden. The views are amazing! The staff are helpful and friendly. Special mention of the Concierge Mr Amin who has a cheerful smile for everyone. The...

”Swimming pool was closed without inform us, the owner only let me know after I checked in. My daughter felt very upset because she couldn't use the pool and why I needed to pay more for the pool. Owner doesn't know to communicate with me through Expedia's platform, very inefficient. I won't be use this property again.”

”Stayed in two different rooms, both can not be consider as clean. Water stains everywhere in the bathroom. door knobs, light switches are sticky. Not a very good experience overall.”

”Really lovely and unique little hotel in Ipoh. Loved the chilled Bali vibe (and vast selection of Balinese and Western breakfast choices!) We had the room with outdoor deck and koi pond. You do get mosquitos but can ask for mosquito coils for the outdoor area and for the room to be sprayed while you’re out, so it was all very manageable. Aircon was a bit temperamental, could never get it quite right, but tbh that was the single biggest gripe so not much really. Although on a quiet road,...

”Huone oli kaikin puolin hyvä. Ainoat pettymykset kohdistuvat hotellin ravintolaan.”

”部屋があまり広くないのは仕方ないこととして、身の回り品や着替えなど、物を置く場所がない。 立地条件はよい。回りに多くのレストランがある。 スタッフの対応は丁寧だった。”

”The apartment is clean and location is within walking distance to shopping mall and town. Eating out was a breeze and convenient.”

”Baik. Petang agak bising berhampiran kolam”

”Toilet in my room was not functioning and water hot n cold functiion not there..too hot. Gv feedback to staff who seemed uninterested.”

”Good location near oldtown”

”Very clean and beautiful. The bathroom can improve by installing shower curtain or door so the bathroom can stay dry. The shower stand fell apart and the owner got someone to install it back the next morning.”
