”I really wanted to give this hotel an excellent. The rooms were huge. The hotel is less than a year old. Beautifully appointed. Lots of staff. Great full breakfast that changed daily. The major downfall is that the room cleaning service dropped off the longer we stayed. We booked the hotel for the four nights, and by the third night, the cleaning staff stopped cleaning the room, only straightening the bed; did not replace towels. When we mentioned it to management, we were told we had to request...

No alternate room was suggested and since I had a very important appt, I felt forced to deal with the issue. I was also overcharged on my credit card once I checked in with hidden fees. ”
