”Good location and had a good nights sleep, however their food quality is very poor. I ate 3x breakfasts and 2x evening meals and each meal the quality was poor..your chef/ cook needs to be retrained on quality of taste and freshness of the products… everything tastes as if it’s been cooked previously then microwaved when needed, £12 cheese burger, that tasted like rubber, in a FF bun that was as tough as the burger.. breakfast was £9 precooked and overcooked.Staff try a meal yourselves and...

”Tosi hieno aula ja pub. Hyvä full English aamupala. Hyvä sijainti. Huoneen ikkuna ei mennyt kiinni kunnolla, ja pyysin 2xpäivässä että se korjattaisi. Sille ei kuitenkaan tehty mitään koko aikana, eikä seuraava vuoro ollut kertaakaan tietoinen koko asiasta. Aamiaismaksujen kanssa oli myös sekoilua, ilta- ja aamuvuorolaista eri mielipiteet hinnasta ja maksuista. Suihkusta ei tullut kuin tulikuumaa vettä.”

”Hotelli itsessään oli kaunis ja palvelu hyvää. Aamiainen tuotiin huoneeseen aamulla. Uudenaikaisin ja siistein hotelli matkamme aikana. Tilava ja kauniisti sisustettu. Hotelli on kyllä kävelymatkan päässä Peterborough:n kesksutasta, mutta lähellä on myös erittäin roskainen ja huonosti hoidettu lähiöalue, jonne helposti lähtee myös kävelemään keskustan sijasta. Hyvä hotelli siis, osaa etsiä shoppailu mahdollisuuksia ja keskiaikaista rakennuskulttuuria toisesta suunnasta.”

”Room was clean, big and spacious although big cobweb in corner, staff seemed reasonably friendly, the location isn’t too bad on the edge of Peterborough. Easy to get to the main road a1 etc so good location, 2 mins in car to a little Tesco and fish and chip bar so ideal for stopping a night or 2, few marks on the wall and things could’ve done with a paint and the blind got stuck so had some difficulty sorting that but all in all a good stay.”
