”Nice clean stay. No shampoo or soap.”

”Staff at check-in was awesome! Next day shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor making it very wet & slippery. I asked the front desk the for towels & she said we could only have 2. It was not enough to clean up the mess. Called for more towels & explained the situation, she said so you can only have 2 towels No More. Very rude about it & never offered to help clean up the mess with a mop & bucket then instead. Not impressed. Not good customer service. ”

”The room was very clean, but there was black mold around the water spout in the tub. The existing caulk just needed to be redone. The TV did not work because the receiver box was plugged into the wall behind the TV stand so we had to move furniture in order for the remote to communicate to the box. The volume did not work so anything we watched was blaring loud. The continental breakfast consisted of cereal only, so we ended up having to find somewhere for breakfast. The lady at the front...

”We have stayed at this property before, it is just outside of downtown, walking distance. The units are themed by state, with many personal touches, including snacks, toiletries you may have forgotten. Quiet and comfortable. Would stay again!”

”My wife and I had a quick overnight stay in this rustic off grid cabin. We brought our boxer dog and had a great time walking some trails and just relaxing. The cabin has a clean outhouse and and the cabin was stocked with kitchen and bath supplies. We planned a simple dinner that could be warmed up on the stove, which was pleasant. We will plan on a other stay in the near future for sure. ”

”My husband and I brought my elderly father back to his hometown to see his brother and attend a funeral and we chose to stay at In-N-Out Trout. This was an incredibly clean, cozy, and absolutely phenomenal place to stay. The hosts are amazing, communicative and very accommodating. We highly recommend staying here if you are ever passing through River Falls!”
