”Website is not how property shows in real life. Exterior of property needs updating as well as property grounds. Rooms interior are updated but common areas are still dated. Air conditioning units need to be replaced. Food is average and highly priced. Lake is not clear and was told by locals they do not swim in it. Staff was friendly and accommodating but accommodations and property were very average grade.”

”1. Ordered 2 things from off the menu from the restaurant. They got the order wrong. 2. Checked in. Received room key. Room was dirty and beds not made up. 3. Received a key card for a new room. Card did not open door to the room.”

”The check in process was quite smooth, the lady at the front desk was quite informative. The room was nice, could of been a little more clean. Our overall stay was quite relaxing, would definitely stay here again. The kitchen is fully supplied with cookware just no lids for frying pans and only one baking sheet.”

”Great place to stay. I expected a lot less. The room was small but the bathroom was roomy. The check in was easy and the woman who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. The price was a bit high but Saturday in Milford, it’s not herd to understand. The room was very clean and the property is well kept. The owners take pride in their motel. Glad I stayed.”

”Me and my friends recently stayed at the Rex Hotel in Greenwood and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. ”This place hasn’t had an update since the 70’s. We needed a bed for the night..so it was fine. Staff was friendly, air conditioning worked well.”

”The room smelled, the walls are dirty, dead bugs everywhere and the sink water came out yellow. The air conditioner was good and the hot water. It’s okay for one night, if you’re looking for an affordable place but be sure to bring towels and sheets”

”Really enjoyed our stay at this charming Inn. We stayed in the top floor unit which was a large two bedroom apartment with full kitchen. Large living room and dining area. The staff at both check in and at the restaurant was very pleasant and helpful. Was not cheap but was a lot of room for the money.
