”Staff was helpful and kind. Hotel is beaultiful and the courtyard is a lovely place to sit and relax/mingle. Rooms are clean and beds are super comfy. Water pressure and tempt in the shower leave you wanting more, towels are really thin and they barely give you enough for one person so be sure to ask for extra. There are no phones in the rooms so if you need anything you have to go downstairs. The vending machines were not working during our stay and the market in the lobby was not fully stocked...

”Great downtown Honesdale, PA location. At check in I was told to park in the Wayne Memorial Hospital lot which is shared with the Hotel. Check in was pleasant/easy. Stairs to 2nd floor room. At end of day rush hour a bit noisy from the busy street/intersection. Room could use a thorough cleaning and some updates. Older mattress well past its' useful life. Sink water had mislabelled Hot/Cold faucets. Water had an odor? A/C worked OK but curtain blocked the flow if closed. Shower head...

”It is a magical and unique place, of course this is not for everyone, it is a place that transports you to 60 and I loved that, I would appreciate a little more maintenance but that does not steal the magic and speaking of magic when we arrived at 10 pm we were a little scared around, but when we entered everything changed and we spent two incredible nights we enjoyed nature and the natural air, the birds and all that the lake super delicious, anyway I liked it”

”The positive reviews are true! I’m particular about accommodations but Tyler Inn was really great. Rooms were very tended to and spotless (we stayed in Beach Boys). The breakfast was also really good - full of eggs, fruit, pancakes etc. All tasty! Kids loved it and we’ll be coming back again next time we visit Bethel. Thanks for this gem!”

”Amazing Lake view at this property wiht a nice pool. The whirlpool was out of service. The staff was very helpful and the room was basic but clean and comfortable with a nice porch is see the lake. the sunsets were breathtaking across the lake.”

The Lakelyn Lodge in Lakeville PA is a newly renovated hotel with a fabulous eye to detail and with great finishing touches. We were extremely pleased with the attention to our needs and the attentiveness of the owners. It was a top notch experience from start to finish.
