”Very nice place to stay”

”When I booked my package the hotel in the picture showed a pool connected to my suite, I called hotel after and their was no pool connected. Hotel also had signs everywhere saying they had a gift shop they did not. The hotel (which was a suite!!!) did not have a microwave, bathtub or movie channels (called front desk and they said they did not have it). Their were no booklets where to go to eat, I called the kitchen one time could not get food because the burners were out. Food very expensive...

”Everything is clean, beatiful, and the staff is wonderful! This was a great place for a short, relaxing, minication, that will definitely be repeaded offend. The food was delicious and well priced, restaurants were clean and staff was great, pool area was that of a top resort, all that was missing, but not needed was the ocean.”

”We really ejoyed our deluxe queen room. It was spacious and clean. The pool area was very nice and the bar was great. The location was very convenient to University of Arizona.”

”Everything was very clean and well maintained. The only thing I can suggest is the shower curtain kept sliding so maybe an upgrade on those would be great”

”It is an older property but well kept and beautifully southwestern property. Nice pool and jacuzzi, complementary breakfast. They have happy hour offerings as well. It it also very quiet We usually stay there when visiting Tucson, less expensive that staying in a resort.”

”We didn't end up staying. The pictures are very misleading on the website compared to the area the supposed 3 star hotel is at. From the outside, this is more like a 1 to 2 star motel rather then the other. My only complaint is the misleading pictures. This hotel sits right across the street from a very rough neighborhood. Security may be good at the hotel, but last thing anyone wants to worry about is their belongings while staying.”

”Gorgeous facility that was perfect for a quick over night stay for my mama and I. The property has been around for a long time so some of the features are aged. But it’s clean and surrounded by beautiful desert. We enjoyed our time very much. ”

”The room was huge and gorgeous! The room was very clean and welcoming. However, there were a few things that were troublesome. The walk-in shower was enormous but had no bars or handles to hold on to. My elderly aunt refused to shower because she felt it was too dangerous. The other issue was trying to get hot water for tea/cocoa. The coffee pot was a nice Kuerig but would only release hot water with a pod in place. Ended up going to Mobey's and paying 3.50 for a cup of hot water. Ouch. And...
