Loved that there was a handheld steamer in my room. I was going to wet my pants and blow dry them but the steamer was way better. My hand soap dispenser could have had mor soap in it and my room key was only activated for one night so in a hundred degree heat I had to go the office and get my stay extended. ”I recently stayed at this hotel and was honestly disappointed with the condition of the room, especially considering the fees they charge. The space feels outdated and clearly overdue for a remodel. From worn furniture to aging fixtures, it’s obvious that little investment has been made in maintaining or upgrading the rooms. Even basic elements like the carpeting, lighting, and bathroom amenities felt tired and in need of attention. I would not recommend staying here unless improvements are...

”Our Room was gross and smelled terrible. We asked for a a new room but they said they didn't have any and they would send someone to our room to check the air filter but that never happened. The pool staff just stood around and didn't There were like a 100 of dead grass hoppers in the hot that we had to ask them to clean out. ”

”I was there 4 days and never saw the cleaning staff. The coffee pot in the room had mold in it,I reported it said they would replace it never did. Had to ask for towels , toilet paper, tissue, soap. I thought the Hilton was better than this”
