”Check in look quiet long. Room allocated was of sub standard. Having complaint about this Aman promised to move us into another room next day with better pool view and condition of the room. Once we were moved Hussain look over and ensure that we were well looked after . Hussain also kept in touch with us on his day off. ”I would give a 5 star for the room and the location. The service was terrible. We stayed for 4 nights and housekeeping came only once after 10 calls. To order anything in the room, it would take 2-3 calls. I had booked the hotel from abroad and on reaching there, they had no records besides showing them a confirmation email but after waiting for a bit, got it sorted eventually. On asking for a bill for the room service, i was denied and only got told what i ordered which obviously i knew....

”Loved the peace and quiet. This was our 2nd time here. The staff is very polite and accommodating. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. We would definitely visit again. A couple of suggestions would be that the resort advertises 3 restaurants. These are more like 3 venues with the same menu. It would make sense and provide more choice if there was variety of food options between the 3 restaurants. The other suggestion would be to provide perhaps a twice daily shuttle to Ribander....

”It was great vacation we had with family. The food was great and service was extremely good with Mr Rajput at the Buffet restaurant was extremely polite and helpful.
