”very easy access for the motorway the room was clean tidy and comfortable the staff were very friendly the breakfast was very good and there was plenty of parking space the pub on the other side of the car park was good for food as well”

”Centrally located. Nice room, but very cold in November. Service in restaurant was very slow as I waited my burger about 45 min. although there was only one customer in addition in the whole restaurant”

”Room was small but had everything you need. Few shops and places to eat in walking distance. The food they served all just seem to come with chips and was abit overpriced.”

”The car GPS wasn't very good but I managed to use the directions on my phone. The rooms are across the road from the actual hotel. The food was really tasty especially the Full English breakfast which was inclusive. The Accessible room was very comfortable& the wet room was great, just what I needed. Definitely recommend this place.”

”Couldn't stay as when I arrived the lights were out with no one inside except a noisy parrot , phone number was unreachable. Walked inside the hotel complex looking for a sign of life only to find dirty corridors with light fixtures hanging from the ceiling. Was a completely different experience to what was advertised. Waiting on refund after driving 3 hours to disappointment.”

”Lovely family run property with character. Large car park across the road £6.50 for 24 hrs (hotel has small carpark at back). Ideal walking distance for Racecourse and town centre.”
