”Relaxing and peaceful. The restaurant service could use a bit more friendliness. The waitress had no interest in explaining the menu choices. We used the spa. It's an additional charge of 10 euro per person to use steam room, sauna, and indoor pool. The pool temperature was too cold, we were expecting a heated pool. Other than that, we were happy with our stay. ”

”This hotel was very dirty and stinky. We have travelled all over the world and understand that a 5 star hotel means different things in different countries, but this hotel was just nasty. Maybe it was a 5 star hotel 50 years ago, but not any more. We did stay over night because we had nowhere else to go and got out of there in the morning. The hotel refused to give us a refund for the remaining nights, claiming they have a strict cancellation policy. I just wanted to show my Canadian husband...

The spa was also very nice, although the super small pool was a minor disappointment in otherwise excellent space. The massage I had was truly magnificent, one of the best ones I've ever had. ”

”Cosy and inexpensive little hotel in the center of Ohrid's old town, but still on a very quiet street, halfway of a rather steep hill. Our room was smallish, but pretty. The only problem was the air condition that wasn't effective enough to keep the room from getting too warm and somewhat suffocating during the night.
