”We really enjoyed the outside part of this place. The inside left much to be desired. The most “castle like” bed was up a spiral staircase and no restroom. All of the beds were in a place that made it difficult to get to unless you were a small child like my nephew. We had to sleep on the 2 pullout couches in case someone needed to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night because it felt too dangerous to descend at night. ”Overall it was a good experience. When we arrived the a/c was not working. It was not clear who to call or write. Finally after many text messages and emails back and forth someone was sent out to fix the issue. I am grateful it was fixed that same evening but it was only after I sent many messages. Overall the place has a lot to offer but it does need a major cleaning mostly when it comes to the furniture. It was very visibly dirty and with tears. The wet areas did seem clean though.”
