”Gum was smeared in the carpet, stained/dirty(?) towels, towels didn’t match, office wasn’t open at 8 to check out, patched holes in walls, trash can outside was broken and in pieces. Felt dirty and lacking any of the class and sophistication that it used to have. Had stayed there previously and was a first class operation- now, not so much. Very disappointed.”

”The biggest turn off was the breakfast staff, my husband accidentally spilled some waffle batter mix and we were trying to wipe it up and she comes and makes the biggest deal over that. The room we stayed in gave eerie vibes and feelings , had horrible dreams all night. lol the desk ladies were nice, and it’s a very quiet and not busy place very peaceful.”

”Veri good hotel woth everything that I expected”

”Taylor at front desk was terrific from checking in to checking out. Staff in restaurant and bar were amazing as well. I have stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn over the last 20ty years and always perfect. The only thing I would fix would be the lighting in bathroom. It us horrible for getting ready and putting on makeup.”

”Only thing was that I paid for a “water veiw” cabin and it had the view of the parking lot. Otherwise, a nice stay.”

”This was the grossest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The pictures online are not this hotel. When I walked in, the first thing I noticed was a gigantic wet spot on the couch in the lobby, as if someone just sat there and urinated. I should’ve just walked out. Our room clearly hasn’t been cleaned in who knows how long. There was possibly blood on the wall, a white substance on the comforter, fingernails on the floor, hair on the bathroom floor, beard clippings on the counter, dirty and stained...

”Upon arrival to hotel there was an unexpected deposit, there were no amenities available, not even sheets that fit the bed I was give two little sheets to tie together for a bed. There was no coffee pods with the coffee pot, the handicap parking spots were blocked unable to park there with my handicapped parent, the floor was busted up in places the lobby ceiling was leaking bad enough that they had mop buckets and buckets under it. Was told that the room we were getting was brand new, but yet...

”The hotel was nice,the bed was so so comfortable and when I laid down I was out like a light in a short time.For the money it was nice The ladies at the desk were friendly and helpful.”
