”We have been staying at this property for many many years. The rooms are large with large bathrooms. It’s clean and staff are friendly and helpful. It’s a great location to restaurants, bars and shopping. Pool area was nice in prior visits with grandkids. However FYI: You NOW have to pay to park $17.00 plus tax, and breakfast buffet is now $10.00 per person. It’s not totally out of line compared to nearby hotels - just beware. Just know your base price does not include this. This all changed...

”The shampoo and conditioner bottles mounted in the shower were empty! The thermostat was it working in our room! There were homeless people hanging out at the side entrance we used to get to our room! I will not stay there again and will not recommend it to anyone!”

”King bed was not comfortable. Towels were old.”

”Groud level door to accessible room was not usable! Had to use a set of 5 really steep stairs to get to my room and back to my car. Monday nite (around 11pm) there was a group of very loud men talking about d arguing in the hallway by my door.”

”The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean too they just need to wipe walls as they were dirty and there were buggers on the wall. The breakfast was okay they had sausage, biscuits and other items. Overall I would stay here again.”

”Overall it was a good stay, the bed slept well. The AC did take a whole day to start and cool the room off, the staff was really nice, and there was questionable stains on the furniture. The breakfast was decent.”

”Very clean, comfortable apartment for our week long stay in Wamego. The kitchen appliances were clean and in excellent condition. Tableware, pots, pans and all the cooking equipment we needed was available and in excellent condition. Bed and pillows excellent, allowing for great sleep and restful nights. Off street parking was available for two vehicles. The only down side was the number of stairs required to reach the apartment, but the accommodations are worth the climb, even for those of us...
