”The first night, the hotel lost water, so we had to go to bed hot and sticky. Water was back on in morning. Second night we lost cable TV, that was down for two days. Maintenance guy tried what he could, he ended up needing to swap out the actual TV also. Upon arrival The room was clean, as a boutique hotel as expected the rooms are small. The online photos GREATLY EXXAGERATE the size of the property, pool, courtyard & rooms..

”Horrible, the place let me book a room & they are completely closed & remodeling.. no one was there .. no one would answer the phone.. thankfully Expedia helped me out Becauae it was late at night & I had been traveling all day & was exhausted.. So there was no stay , I’m waiting for Expedia to help me get the money back that they charged me fpr staying at there hotel when you can’t even conact them.. Horrible experience with blue palms ,I will never even look to stay there in the foreseeable...

”best spot near Manuel Antonio without getting caught up in the noise by the park. They provide beach chairs and umbrellas which was great. Beautiful pool, great restaurant and the service from Juan Carlo was outstanding.The capuchins were great fun to watch as they ran up and down the property walls. ”

”The location is peaceful with 15 minute walk on the beach from Jaco city center. The resort is well kept, rooms are basic but very clean and the staff is extremely friendly. The resort is just by the beach and the views are fantastic. The quality of food could be a bit better but that's the only con I can think of.”

”The room i booked wasn't as expected but the staff were incredibly accommodating and switched us to a more suitable fit. Great location. Beautiful grounds and genuinely unique and authentic buildings made for an unforgettable stay. Staff helped with arranging transportation and the return of a lost item. I'd highly recommend and will stay again.”

”The beach access sold it for us. We really enjoyed hanging out on the beach and then swimming in the pool in the evenings. My kids took surf lessons. Quick access to MA park. We saw monkeys on the property! Had a nice time! ”
