”Our expectations were higher than they really were due to the hotel's reputation, but it was clean and there was a turn-down service. The mini fridge was really cold. The hot water didn't come right away, you had to drain it for a few minutes before you could take a shower. Pool and room service: unbelievable, how tasteless watery pizza and triangle sandwiches can even be made, I guess that's a skill. The Michelin restaurant in the hotel lobby has high-quality food, you can't go to Restaurant...

”Great room and facilities. Staff were prompt to resolve any issues. Private beach and pools made this an enjoyable experience. Breakfast selection was excellent, but be mindful that you have to walk to the main hotel which is a 5 min walk away from the residences, and that there's a seperate reception for the residences, not the main hotel. Overall had a great stay and would like to thank the Residences and Coral Restaurant staff.”
