”We loved the way they preserved some of the old aesthetics with the new. Such a beautiful hotel. The restaurant was wonderful. We had filets, potato puree as well as the bacon mac and cheese. We especially enjoyed talking with the gal working the front desk. She was so friendly and knew alot about the area. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name. She was working the evening of 7/8 and 7/9. We loved the breakfast presentation across the bar area. Such a cozy atmosphere.”

”Room was just as pictured and described on line. Everything was clean and room was well stocked with everything I needed. Owners were in constant contact to make sure I didn't need anything. Great Wi-Fi service in room. Close to Elkins but far enough away to be in the country. For those that like to fish you can walk to a great trout stream which is just over the bank from your room. You are just down the hollow from the Bowden Trout Hatchery. Great place to stop by for the kids and kids at...
