”We got the suite with the little kitchen in a cottage behind the main building. Tiffany happened to catch us as we were getting out of our car that happened to be parked right outside the cottage suite and gave us the key even though we arrived at 1:30 PM, which was great as we had wine to store before heading out for a high tea at The Inn at Little Washington. ”This was a perfect place to stay for our long weekend trip to Shenandoah! The location is perfect, especially for Old Rag access. Sperryville is a very cute town, too! We especially loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. It’s definitely basic, just a microwave, mini fridge, and Keurig, but that was all we really needed. It was so peaceful. We will definitely be back! ”

”We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. The scenery is beautiful and the house was really great -- clean and tidy, has a lot of cool art and furniture, plenty of room for a whole family, and a wonderful screened-in porch that was perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather. The host was very helpful and communicative, and check-in and -out was a breeze. The house is also perfectly located for easy access to all the fun stuff that Sperryville and the surrounding area has to offer. ”

”The property was in a great location and very clean. The host was very upfront with a few minor things that were still needed for him to fix. The kitchen was updated but could have used more that 2 coffee cups. The house was very pet-friendly. The screened in porch was great and loved reading and watching the sunset out there. The price was a bit on the high side with all of the taxes etc. We will be renting there again!”

”The cottage was well appointed and fun. The bathroom and bedroom are on different levels so be prepared for that. It was nice having the hot tub but it had a ton of bugs in it. The views and land were beautiful. Never able to find the animals and the office was closed on a Sunday so no one to ask for assistance. The directional arrows at the property are very confusing. ”
