”I have to say the last two reviews made us a bit nervous but those people must have been self-proclaimed critics because we had a truly exceptional experience. Everything was perfect - the hot tub, the river access point, the fire pit(s). A dream come true. We will absolutely be back. Nina’s friendliness and attention to detail made this truly a one of a kind experience. Can’t wait to bring our whole family back!!”

”This cabin reminded me of my grandpas cabin in the Big Horn Mountains. It's rustic and has that old cabin scent. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the back deck. I recommend bringing your own blankets if you get chilly in the evening. The kitchen has everything you need for preparing meals and the outdoor fire place is great for making smore's.”

”Very nice well appointed home. We came in for a nearby family wedding and it was a great place to stay. Try to arrive during the day though as it is a little hard to find at night. But well worth opening and closing a gate or two. Fantastic view. Great space.”

”We had a great time getting away and having a secluded, private and peaceful place to stay. We drove around Shenandoah’s Sky Line Dr and came back to amazing weather and spent a few hours in the hot tub. ”Our stay at Solitude was absolutely wonderful! The property was exactly as described, clean and beautiful. My wife and I loved our weekend away. We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub, relaxing by the campfire and watching nature go by. It was exactly what we needed for our anniversary, a place away from the business of our everyday lives. ”Property was great when we were there, the only thing that was a bummer was I think the pool pump was back flushing in the middle of the night. I think it was on a timer At 2:30 am and ran for a long time and we had to shut the windows because of the noise of running water.
