The hotel had signs inside the hotel that they were under construction. This did not appear to be accurate. There were signs on some of the hotel rooms that they were unsafe and a fire hazard. ”Beautiful vintage apartment, fully stocked and very clean and quiet. The Sleepy Eye Coffee shop next door is a fabulous bonus! They have excellent coffee and food items. Only caution is that the stairs leading up to the apartment are long and steep - could be very difficult for anyone with mobility issues. Same thing for the tub/shower, as it is difficult to get in and out of if that is something you struggle with. Other than that, this is a perfect place to stay if you are in the Sleepy...
