”The place is in serious need of some upgrades. The listing shows a hot tub but once the room is booked then they advise it’s not working. The TV was not reliable. A program would start and then lose the connection.”

”The room was a little cramped, Shower supplies, conditioner need replenishing but never attended to while we were there although I mentioned it a couple of time to the staff. Very popular place though. Price was right for our two night stay”

”Facility was as described. Rooms were good. Water Park was excellent. Breakfast was okay. Had some issues with an unclean marked sheet. (Not sure what the mark was) It was reported in the morning but the bed was only remade, not changed, We were provided with a new sheet but had to remake the bed on our own. ”I stayed in the family suite for a few nights with my adult daughter and 2 grandchildren. The highlight for the kids (ages 7 & 9) were the bunk beds in their own room so they had private space. Hands down the number one thing for the kids was the retro arcade game in our suite - The Simpsons! They were so, so excited! it was hours of entertainment and sheer delight. ”It was a very nice hotel room. The pool was also nice. Right downtown so easy to walk around even though there isn’t much happening. The only thing I would warn people about is if you are sharing the room there is a glass wall separating the bathroom and sleeping area. The glass wall does turn opaque once the bathroom door is closed but occasionally when inside the door will come ajar and all the privacy is gone. There is also free secure parking across the street provided which was really nice...

”Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing due to the condition of the bathroom. The bathroom sink was clogged with hair, and the toilet was clearly not cleaned properly before my arrival. The shower head was also heavily plugged with hard-water buildup and barely worked. I ended up having to scrub and clean the shower head myself just to get it functioning properly.
