The hotel is new so the rooms and facilities were clean and modern. Nice large pool and good gym. Great location of you want to play golf or relax. Not too far away from the shopping centers in Nagoya or Batam Center by taxi. The variety of food at breakfast was good but the quality could be better for a 4-star hotel. A la carte food at the hotel restaurant was great and good quality.

We stayed five nights at this lovely paradise. The staff is so friendly and polite smiling all the time. Every small requirement was fulfilled so smoothly and promptly.
Some highlights: Birthday party at our Villa, chef Aki had prepared a delicious dinner for us. Dave was so kindly and proposed activities and booked them to us. Golf at Laguna course with professional caddie ”Nas”. When we had to go somewhere in the area Sofyan was always available with smile on his face. In the restaurants...
