”The hotel was very beautiful old building. The apartment was spatious, bathrooms were very nice, but the sofa bed was very uncomfortable and the temperature in the room was too high. Windows couldn't be kept open because of the terrible smell from the cows next to the hotel!”

”The Spa facilities are amazing. The food produced in the Orangery is of fantastic quality and all staff were very friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately we did find a couple of unexpected problems for a 4 star SPA hotel. We had a 4 poster framed bed which had dust on the top of the framework. There was dust on the top of a picture in our room. The toilet brush had faeces on it!
Whilst waiting to leave the orangery (restaurant) on our final night we noticed that the wine fridge at the entrance was...

We had a disabled access room and it was huge! Very clean. Absolutely most effective AC we've had in a UK hotel!
