”The pool was muddy and the hot tub was broken. We requested a room with a bathtub and they could not accommodate that either. Staff was very rude and we decided to leave after the first night. We had no help from Expedia and Expedia would not credit me or give me a refund for the three nights we did not stay there. The accommodations were completely unacceptable for my fiance and I so we had to leave after the first night. Neither the hotel staff or Expedia customer service did anything to help...

”Be aware that it's nothing like the photos. No coffee pot like advertised. Also host was not very pleasant. Tried to insist that since my reservation was for two that I had to take a room with two beds. That's not what I booked. Property was in bad shape all the way around. Water in the bathroom sink didn't work. Tv didn't work. Very bad experience will never stay there again.”
