”The location of this property was perfect! There was a bike rental place just minutes up the road and the beach with kayak rentals a few minutes walking distance. Old town Annecy was less than a 10 minute walk up the street for us. Plenty of restaurants and sites and shopping all within walking distance. The staff was helpful and friendly and the cleaning service was the best I’ve had in a long time. They did not have a room ready for my son and me when we arrived but they locked up our luggage...

”While the location was central, and the overall cleanliness level not bad, the room had a hideously bad damp/unclean/stuffy smell that was almost unbearable. We were too tired to look for another place to stay and we had paid for the room and had an early start in the morning so we had to live with it for the one night we had. But I would not recommend this to anyone and it definitely was not 3 stars. Also the hotels partner parking garage was full and we had to pay almost 25€ for the parking.”
