”As we (2+2) arrived 1800, the sofabed was not made. Not a big deal, I mentioned it at the reception (along with a temperature issue which was quickly fixed - user error) as we went out. Two hours later the sofabed still wasn't made, and I asked for help for a second time. While waiting, we figured out how to open the bed and also found pillows from the cabin, but still needed bed sheets before the kids would get to sleep. After a while I went to reception for third time and asked only for...

”Erittäin mukava hotelli. Todella mukava sänky ja hienot fasiliteetit. Ainoa asia mikä varausta tehdessä ei pitänyt paikkansa oli ostoskeskuksen etäisyys. Sinne oli kävelymatkaa enemmän kun kilometri ja melko hasardi jalkakäytävä. Mutta muuten suosittelen hotellia jos on auto tai haluaa yöpyä lähellä lentoasemaa. Aamiainen oli myös 10 plus. ”

”Mukava pieni kylämäinen ympäristö ravintoloineen. Huone pienen oloinen, hyvä kuitenkin yön yli majoitukseeen.”

”The room was extremely small and not clean at all. I found bed bugs in the bed, which made it impossible to sleep comfortably. The toilet facilities were shared by everyone and located outside the room, which I didn’t expect or like. They were also very dirty, cramped, and had a strong unpleasant smell. I was honestly shocked by the level of filth in the toilets. Additionally, there are no nearby restaurants, so I had to rely on food delivery. Overall, the experience was far below expectations.”

”The room would have fit 4 people - the problem was there was no furniture to fill the space = the place echoed. Also, the door didn't have any weather stripping, so all sounds could be heard from the hall, and the hall light shone thru at night. Made it kind of uncomfortable, not gonna lie. All in all though, the room was cheap and relatively clean (didn't appreciate the spider I saw while taking off my shoes, but my room was on ground floor, so...) and the airport shuttle was great (though...

”The room was large and nice as we were upgraded which was much appreciated after a long trip and we had another long flight the next day Staff was friendly and efficient The food was delicious in the restaurant and a great included breakfast I will definitely choose this hotel again Thank you ”
