”AVOID!!!!! No one nor any info available at check-in. Hosts supplied email address & mobile number weren’t in service/operational. Hotels.com agents, the hosts management company, Travelnest had the same issue, hence their vetting & monitoring processes are very questionable. Extremely distressing & frustrating experience. Wouldn’t wish the above ‘experience’ on anyone else, AVOID!!!”

”We paid £45 for a Sunday night & although the hotel is a little bit tired, for the price it was great! Clean, comfy bed & the staff are lovely. Didn’t book breakfast as we had to leave really early, but what we saw of it it looked great.”
