”There was lots of parking available. Check in was easy and the receptionist was very helpful in pointing out where our room could be found and where the spa could be accessed near our room. Having three single beds in one room is a really good idea for three adults to share - I went with my two daughters and none of us wanted to share a double bed so three singles in a room was exactly what we needed. ”Very polite staff, good breakfast included in price, clean, good location and free parking. Only negative thing was bed matress that was leaning to middle heavily and resulted in very sure back after one week stay.”

”We had a lovely weekend visiting family staying at the brentwood we had a lovely family room with 2 bathrooms.. staff were so good with our 3 year ola which was so nice as he can be abit of a handfull.. we travel up north alot to see family and we will definitely be trying to book here again ”

”I really enjoyed my stay eventhough at the beginning I had a room where my tv did not work but the member of staff was so helpful when I explained this . He said someone would come but they did not come so I went back to him and also told him how my towels were soiled. He changed my room . I had a great sleep and he cooked a great breakfast . He works really hard and was nice . Respect for the staff member who was the only one I saw there on my stay doing everything . ”

”AVOID!!!!! No one nor any info available at check-in. Hosts supplied email address & mobile number weren’t in service/operational. Hotels.com agents, the hosts management company, Travelnest had the same issue, hence their vetting & monitoring processes are very questionable. Extremely distressing & frustrating experience. Wouldn’t wish the above ‘experience’ on anyone else, AVOID!!!”

”I’ve stayed here many times. Rooms are clean, tidy and well looked after. The TV is very small though, so if you want to watch something, it could be a bit of a challenge. The hotel is in a safe countryside area. I like that there’s nothing else around, but others might prefer more nearby. Hot fresh breakfast is good, but the coffee isn’t great. I’d like to see more fruit and yoghurt options as I don’t eat a full breakfast. I’ll happily stay again. ”
