”Very comfortable and clean rooms and good service, but doesn’t include any water or minibar items in the rooms. A pen and notebook also isn’t available if visitors need to work in the room. There isn’t a door stop to hold the door for the rooms, so you can easily lock yourself out if carrying multiple luggage in or out of the room.”

”I wanted to stay at Heathrow area within walking distance from terminal 2&3. Beforehand I looked 2 youtube videos how to find Hilton Garden Inn, but still I had to ask 3 times advice from the helpful airport persons. Hotel is old but reasoanbly clean. Breakfast was good, but food could be warmer (add a microwave in buffet area). All in all Hilton Garden Inn works fine as place to stay when you fly late to Heathrow and continue next day.”

”Hotelli oli hieno ja siisti ja aamupalan sai tilattua huoneeseen. Ainoa miinus oli, että illalla ja yöllä älytön meteli käytäviltä kuului kovaa huoneeseen. ”What a fantastic hotel! I decided to treat myself and it was beyond worth the money. I arrived early and wanted to know if I could either check in early or leave my luggage for a bit. The staff on reception were so friendly, they allowed me to check in early for free! As I use double crutches I was asked if I wanted a room on ground floor or closer to the lift (I was in executive room which are located on 4th floor). "Viihtyisä ja tyylikäs hotelli. Hyvä siisteystaso. Aamupalalla sopivasti mistä valita, hyvin sai vatsan täyteen. Tuoreita hedelmiä yms. Hotellin henkilökunta ystävällistä ja palvelualtista. Hyvä, rauhallinen paikka lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä metroasemalta. Ehdottomasti tulisin uudestaan."
