”Great family trip! Riverside was a cute and comfortable little inn. The staff was great and we loved our room. We had a balcony which had a great view of the river. So peaceful. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants. I’m heartbroken for this community. So sad this little gem is gone. When they get up and running again we will definitely be back. One of my favorite towns in NC. ”

”I was only here for one night on business but the TV channel selection was pretty poor. Staff was a bare minimum, I imagine because the Lake was lowered to do maintenance. ”

”This was a great place to stay for the night so that we could wake up where we wanted to be for the day. The hotel was completely clean and comfortable, and we got a good night's rest. We felt safe and secue. I don't think I would stay here for a long vacation, as it really doesn't have any amenities. BUT, since we only planned to arrive late at night and leave early in the morning, it was great! If you're looking to arrive at Biltmore when then open, this is a great place to stay! Affordable...

”This property is nestled in the mountains of North Carolina and is beautiful. Though the lake is currently being cleaned up after the Hurricane, the shops, the food, the amenities are all excellent. Best part is the people, everyone is friendly and happy that you are there. ”

Despite being “pet friendly,” we did not encounter any offensive odors. #2: The hotel conveniently sits off the main road with easy access in & out. Also, there are plenty of restaurants/ shopping centers nearby. #3: Their breakfast options were “good & plenty.””
