”The outside lawn needed to be mowed and edged. Weeds needed to be pulled from the rose garden. A pool had a black torn tarp and was not available to use. A coke machine was out of order. The room itself was okay. Bed sheets clean. The bathroom floor needed to be scrubbed. The tile and grout needed to be scrubbed.”

”This place is in need of a lot of attention to deal with the deferred maintenance and bring it back up to an acceptable level. I wouldn’t stay here again. It should also be noted that there was no one on site and you were required to go to the convenience store next-door to check in and get your key.”

Not enough outdoor lighting. House did not live up to VRBO listing. I thought we were getting a better house than last year and was very disappointed. Paid more thinking I was getting a better place. ”

”This is a very nice garage apartment.. The interior is nice and we were comfortable inside. It is on the lake. But the downside is that the owners have a full view of every outside move you make, except the upper balcony which offers some privacy due to the palm trees. We are in our 60s, live in the city, so we wanted a private get away on the water. I really wasn't comfortable outside. To be fair, I never saw the owners in their back yard. But there is an open view from their home all...
