”The property was getting a facelift and the parking area was limited We could not park on the handicap spaces or close to the building. There was a lot of parking places though. It is an older property but well kept.”

”Hotel was very clean, updated, and well-kept. I arrived very late in the evening so I had little contact with the staff and zero experience with the amenities. The room was spacious and smelled very nice. The achilles heel of the experience was the bed. Though seemingly newer, this bed was noisy and extremely uncomfortable. The mattress felt hard and lumpy. It was thin and resting high on solid black metal frame with squeaky springs. The sheets felt like they were made out of a combination of...

”Service was good at the front desk. Our room was spacious and clean. There is a laundry room, so you can do your laundry if on a longer trip like we were. We thought that the location was excellent, while doing plantation tours (no valet or parking fee compared to hotels down town New Orleans). Maybe 5-6 miles from Houmas House. There is also an outlet mall across the street and many restaurants in the area.”

We enjoyed the pool and the location was perfect for Tanger Mall shopping and a plethora of restaurants. I will definitely recommend and plan on staying the next opportunity o get!”
