”The property itself was very clean. The room was very spacious..
I would say out of all the staff there were only two that were happy to be working. Our first day we got there we went to the bar and it was only like 4 o’clock and we were ordering food and the guy was like well. You can only order food to 630. OK it was 430. Acted like they couldn’t be bothered.
The food choices for dinner were horrible. We were told that the one sushi restaurant was closed because it was their quiet season...

”We loved everything about it- even though there was a couple of things that were disappointing.. don't know if it was because of the renovating and transforming to Capella from Discovery Marigot,but the staff was sometimes a bit asleep so to say. We got wrong bills , ordered things like coffee while eating lunch and it never came..
All in all it didn't have that much influence to our holiday,staff was so nice and polite,each and every one of them.
Tv in the room was bad,obviously it was reported...

”My time at BodyHoliday was simply exceptional. The resort sits in a stunning private cove and the overall setting is simply beautiful. The staff were amazing and the range of sports on offer was world-class. I played beach volleyball, tried archery, a keelboat and paddle boarding to name but a few.
Food was excellent and spa treatments were very welcome after a long day. The Wellness Cafe and TAO were of particular note.
Everything exceeded my expectations and I’ve already told the manager...

”Just left the Royalton and won’t be back. The property was nice, but the service was lacking. Waited over an hour for our food at dinner continually. Was ignored when trying to get drinks at the bar. There were 4 of us and we all were treated the same way. The room would be cleaned and dirty towels taken, but we would never get clean towels. It was a hassle to keep asking for them. Also, the rooms didn’t have water for 2 days. Nothing was said by resort nor apologized for the inconvenience....

”Pidin siitä, että hotelli oli sopivan kokoinen ja persoonallinen
boutique-hotelli. Majoitusliikkeen ympäristö oli kaunis ja
hyvin hoidettu. Suurin osa palveluista sujui hyvin. Kun esim.
wc:n huuhtelu meni epäkuntoon, korjaaja tuli heti soitettuani
conciergelle. Ainoastaan pesula-palvelu ei toiminut aivan
odotusten mukaan. Jättäessäni pyykkiä pestäväksi pyykkipussiin sänkyni päälle keskiviikkona sitä ei ollut noudettu vielä perjantainakaan. Mukana oli asianmukaisesti
täytetty pesulalappu....
