”Had a wonderful, relaxing time at the Grande Haven. From beginning to end. Ms Yvonne was the perfect host. She made sure we (5) were all comfortable and took good care of us. ”Hotel manager would not allow me to chrck out, claiming i havent paid. Despite showing them the receipt and confirmation email the manager was still insisting we havent paid and even threatened the front desk receptionist saying if she allowed me to leave he'd take the money from her salary. Was not until i threatened legal action was i allowed to leave”
