Hae hotelleja – Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines

”Compared to another Residhome establisment we visited, this one lacked many things from the kitchen. We had to ask separately for the frying pan and even dishwashing supplies. The distance to Versailles was nice. Area was somewhat remote.”

”Decent Extras, but Room Condition and Service Need Improvement The room had a mini fridge and microwave, and the parking lot had EV charging stations, which were definite pluses. The staff were helpful, but basic items were missing: there were only two towels for a three-bed room, the third bed had no blanket, and there was no bath mat. I had to ask for everything separately, which should not be necessary. The room itself looked worn and poorly maintained, and the hallway carpets were old and...

”hotel is under construction when we arrived”

”I stayed one night in the hotel due to the business reason. I arrived late and left early in the morning, so I cannot tell much about the surroundings of the hotel. They have nice restaurant in the hotel and dinner was delicious. Breakfast wasn't not that impressive and hotel rooms are quite worn. They have parking places at the hotel yard.”

We waren blij verrast. Komen zeker terug!”

”very good hotel and I will be back!”

”24-hour reception, safe, but no soundproof walls so you can constantly hear noise including in the evening, a baby shouting all day and night too, they might live there, very dusty room, spider webs and spiders sometimes in room 31, toilet could be cleaner and staff is okay. The director and the lady during the day were kind, but night staff very unpleasant. Housekeeping was proactive. Not everyone speaks English. Distant location, but you can find a couple of restaurants in the evening and a...
