”In the heart of the cross roads with walkable area around and a 15 min walk from registan square, yes still in very traffic and walking heavy area. Hotel conditions and staff are up to the job. Gym was new and big. Would stay again”

”There were insects on the bed”

”The difficulty with the key getting in and out of the room could be dangerous in the case of an emergency.”

”Great staff. Fabulous breakfast. Pool not warm enough for me to swim but it was October. Plenty to see in Samarkand so did not matter about the pool. This place was a real treat.”

”I am visiting Uzbekistan from Japan and staying at this hotel in Samarkand for 4 nights starting October 13, 2026. Apparently, the hotel just opened in May 2026. Everything is brand new and clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The art objects decorated throughout the hotel are also very lovely and fascinating. The breakfast offers a great variety and is delicious. The courtyard pool has a wonderful resort feel and is good maintenance —it looks great during the day, but I...

”Good location about a 10-15 minute walk to Registan, and plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. The premises are kept immaculately clean, and the rooms decent sized.”

”The hotel has glitz and glamor and the location is good with other restaurants close by. There is a very good restaurant at the hotel also but I did not eat there. There is one thing that needs to be addressed. My tub was very high and there were no grab bars. It looks like there were some earlier but removed later. Also there was a rainfall shower but the glass door did not even cover half the tub area. I used the hand held shower very carefully and even then a little water spilled over.”

”Location of the hotel was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Rooms were reasonable clean, but everything in this hotel slowly falls apart. Beds were were uncomfortable, and every time I turned I felt like I was falling down. Small window in bathroom wouldn't close and birds would poop inside, leaving bathroom smelling horrible. Breakfast was passable. Pool in pictures looked nice, but in reality is very small. Spa takes forever to heat up, planks are uneven and have nails sticking...

”When I was feeling under the weather and resting in my room, the hostess kindly brought me honey tea, easy-to-digest food, and medicine right to my room. They are truly wonderful people.”
