”Great staff, but condition of the hotel is not great (even though its a new hotel) Shower doesnt work properly, even though multiple people have reported to fix. Rooms (especially facing the main road) are super noisy. You wont get any sleep as all the noise from outside is coming in (people talking outside, cars on the road) AC didnt work properly and lobby had super strong perfume. During checkout they didnt even ask about the stay Hotel is equivalent to a 3 star ”

”By far the best hotel in Tashkent. Within walking distance to Tashkent city mall and the metro. Staff are unbelievably helpful. One of our group forgot his medication back home, the staff at Tashkent were extremely quick to arrange a pickup from a local reputable pharmacy with the correct medication. Breakfast has excellent variety and has fresh produce. Cannot recommend enough. ”

”Excellent hospitality! We had a 20hr layover. Free shuttle, 5min drive, easy pick up. Front desk helped arrange a taxi to drive around Tashkent, the driver even waited for us to have lunch. Then we were offered to use their pool and hamam, where we were treated with such high quality service. We wanted to have dinner around 10pm, when the kitchen was already closed, we bought food outside and came back to the hotel, where the front desk opened the restaurant for us so we could have our dinner in...
