”I I was issued the card for the room, which was very far away from the front desk. I was pushing my mother and her wheelchair. She’s 96 years old. when we got to the door it would not open. So we checked back to the front desk. The young man apologized gave me another room we get to that room and once again the door does not open. I go back to the front desk and I told them I did not want to stay there anymore. I stated my reasons young man was very kind. He was not able to give me a refund at...

”Clean room, staff was nice. My coffee maker in room didn't work but they had great coffee in the lobby area. I would definitely stay here again.”

”I chose a room with kitchenette on purpose. To my surprise there wasn’t any cups, plates, pans etc. I requested them from the hotel lobby as adviced but never got them delivered to my room. Also do not choose this hotel unless you’re willing to listen your room neigbour’s snoring through the night.”

”They booked a stay for about with about 150 soldiers and didn’t bring extra personnel in for breakfast so we got no breakfast no place to sit. They double triple charged my credit card still trying to get the money back now other bills are affected because of their negligence and of course there’s no manager to talk to.”

”Upon our arrival, we were greeted by a cheerful and energetic young lady. She facilitated an early check-in and provided exceptional assistance in recommending local dining establishments for the evening. The property itself appears to be in need of refurbishment and modernization. Our room presented with an unpleasant odor, and the bedding and pillows were notably uncomfortable, leading to a perception of substandard accommodation. Consequently, we will not be returning to this establishment.”

”The rooms were clean and the staff greeted us cheerfully. Breakfast each morning was awesome. The only inconvenience was the A/C for the indoor pool was not working properly. The outdoor temperature while we were there was 105 or so in the afternoon so that chased us indoors. Over all we had a great stay and would book another stay if we are in the area.”
