”Staff were incredible so this review is not on them. There has not been enough investment in amenities and systems in this resort. While we were there we had no working tv the entire time, our bathtub did not work, and we were not able to make reservations for restaurants until we arrived. This meant that we were not able to get reservations for several of the nights we were there. When we went to leave the resort we were told that in order to call an uber we would need to pay a taxi to take us...

”Check in was a little off. Front desk couldn’t find the confirmation of reservation. Had to call the owner, Victor to confirm, and it was 9pm at the time.Dishes were a little dirty. There was no hand soap for either bathroom and only 1 roll of TP with each bathroom. There wasn’t any detergent for the washer. There were sheets and towels left in the washer and dryer.
