”Our stay was amazing particularly thanks to the staff. They went above and beyond at all times. Everyone is super pleasant and welcoming when helping you with any requests. Particularly Freddy and Saul were helpful on our stay but everyone was great. We did a tour booked by the hotel with their suggested local guide (Gustavo) which was fantastic. My only negative would be the restaurant Mauko for dinner wasn’t the best and the breakfast offerings there I feel could be improved. ”

”Absolutely Wonderful! Staff is excellent, and they go the extra mile to make you feel welcomed and assist in any way they can. We stayed 4 nights (Sept 2022) in the Master Suite and found the facility to be exceptional and yet not crowded. ”Gold Garden is a cute boutique hotel in a colonial building. The size of the room and bathroom gives the hotel many advantages. The breakfast was amazing with a variety of options including fresh fruit, juice and coffee. The hospitality was excellent. Juan and Miguel were very friendly and attentive. The disadvantage was the location. If you don’t mind walking up a steep road, you will be fine. That’s Cusco.”

”We stayed two days before and two days after hiking the Inca Trail. Our room was nicer on the first stay, however both were comfortable and clean. Staff is amazing and willing to assist with booking taxis from/to airport. Breakfast included each morning and if you leave before breakfast they offer a pre made bagged breakfast. Area is located conveniently to shopping, eating and the main square. ”

”We love staying at Encantada Casa. It’s only a 10 to 15 minute walk to Plaza los Armas, and we were in a nice quiet part of town where we can get a full night sleep while leaving the window open the breakfast. It was really delicious and the omelette station was so fun to wake up to every morning. The staff is so nice and helps with anything that you will need. We did laundry at the hotel too, and they brought it back beautifully folded and smelling great ”
