”The staff were great and very knowledgeable. The room was clean and came with toiletries. However, the property should clearly state in its listing that it does not have air conditioning so that guests are aware before booking and can decide if the accommodation meets their needs, especially during warmer weather.”

”Erittäin lähellä rantaa oleva mukava motelli. Ranta näkyi altaalle. Huone uusittu ja oli mukavan kokoinen kolmelle ( olimme alakerran isommassa huoneessa). Hauska retro sisustus. Ilmainen parkkipaikka plussaa. ”

”I stayed at the San Franciscan Hotel in Santa Barbara for three nights and booked a Deluxe King Room with a balcony. At an average cost of about $285 per night, I expected to receive the room I had reserved.
After checking in, I realized we had been assigned the wrong room. Our room did not have the full-size shower and bathtub that were shown in the room photos. Before our stay, I had also called the hotel and was assured by the receptionist that our room would include a bathtub/shower.
