”The hotel was wonderful! Perfect location as it was in walking distance to everything. Beautifully decorated with all the necessary amenities. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the front desk staff. The only issue we had was room service as they were short staffed. We ordered room service three times and had to do it in person instead of over the phone. Other than that everything was amazing!”

Initially, we reserved a room with two wide beds, but to our pleasant surprise, we received an upgrade upon arrival. ”Vallet service was very good and friendly. Reception was rather rude and restaurant / breakfest was a mess. For example waited for the bill for more than 30mins, while the waiter was cleaning the tables. No smiles, no friendliness. And furthermore very slow and non-professional service. We decided to take another hotel in the future. The vallet personel in the garage were perfect. Super friendly, fast and always on a good mood. ”

”Very close to the main plaza, with convenient parking and nice rooms. It doesn’t have free breakfast, but in the morning you can get coffee and cookies. The lobby has a nice decoration.”
