”Vallet service was very good and friendly. Reception was rather rude and restaurant / breakfest was a mess. For example waited for the bill for more than 30mins, while the waiter was cleaning the tables. No smiles, no friendliness. And furthermore very slow and non-professional service. We decided to take another hotel in the future. The vallet personel in the garage were perfect. Super friendly, fast and always on a good mood. ”

”They are a terrific old hotel right within walking distance of downtown and the art gallery row. Very kind. Being from a hot climate, they turned the heat on whereas the rest of the hotel had a/c. Very accommodating!”
