”I arrived @Cozy Room during my first visit there and learned my booking had gone into the hotel's spam mail. Subsequently, there was no booking for me and no available rooms. However, Cozy Room immediately made it right-within 15 minutes they Ubered me, at their expense, to another hotel not too far away. I was heading to Machu Picchu the next morning so I left my luggage at the new hotel to hold until my return. Upon my return, Cozy Room had picked up my luggage and they were waiting for me...

”Hyvä hotelli, helppo ajomatka lentokentältä. Cuscon korkeuden takia lyhyehkö kävelymatka keskustaan tuntui aika pitkältä. Hotelli järjesti noudon lentokentältä sovitusti ja sovittuun hintaan.”

”Bien ubicada entre el centro de la ciudad y el aeropuerto. Logré ahorrar en taxi al aeropuerto al caminar menos de una hora para llegar a tomar mi vuelo de regreso”

”Cleanest hotel/ hostel ive ever stayed in! The host picked us up and when we couldn’t get ubers he dropped us off at places. The family was so kind and made us fresh breakfast at times that worked best for us! We felt so safe and so comfortable, if we come back to Peru we will definitely stay here again. ”

”Quarto novo, limpo e silencioso. Funcionários muito atenciosos. O hotel não está no centro histórico, porém, fica muito próximo, 15 a 20 minutos caminhando da plaza de armas.”

”This is a budget hotel - but the value and service for the price cannot be beat. I stayed here for 6 nights when I was in Cusco and my single room was private, clean, private bathroom with plenty of hot running water and in a very convenient location. The area is convenient for the main attractions of Cusco - however it would not be suitable for everyone. The markets that run outside the hotel on both sides attract a lot of people and it’s busy and could be a little intimidating for some. I...
