”We were supposed to have a 3 bedroom but something had happened and rhey accommodated us different which is ok. However, the room we stayed at smelled like something had died. We opened up the windows and that helped some but I have no idea what that smell was.”

”We loved our stay with a family of 5 adults. It is in a place that is hard to reach by car, but we had an amazing taxi service. The personal breakfast was delicious and the beds were comfortable. If you cannot climb stairs easily, this place is not for you. It was also in a location within walking distance of several fun shops and delicious restaurants. Thank you for a lovely stay!”

Honestly, I thought she was the owner because of how much she cared and how involved she was in making sure everything was perfect. The property itself was very clean, well maintained, and looked even better in person. The unit was spacious and exceeded our expectations. Chauffage rudimentaire (1 seul radiateur) pouvant être un peu limite certaines nuits (appart au sous-sol à éviter). Bon petit déjeuner servi dans l'appartement. Hôtesse et personnel très à l'écoute et très gentils.”

”I booked a 3 bedroom apartment at Residencial Cristina for my BIL and kids for and had a wonderful experience. From the very beginning until the end of their stay, the staff was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and helpful. Communication was excellent throughout, making everything easy and stress-free. The apartment was exactly as described, clean, spacious, comfortable, family-friendly, and very well maintained. The location was fantastic as well, just a short walking distance from the city...

”This is a beautiful, spacious, multi-level property in a great location in Cusco. The cleaners came several times during our stay (offered to come everyday) and someone came every night to start a fire in the fireplace as it gets cool in the evenings. We enjoyed interacting with them, despite the language barrier. Laundry service is available for a very reasonable fee, for which we were very thankful. The Wifi was unavailable for a day, but it was the company's fault. There was Coca and...

”Ran out of water a few times and very very limited hot water. There was mold in a couple of the showers. Very very nice people running the place and they all spoke English well. ”
