”Long line at check-in. Rooms were not ready. With corporate events, wedding(s), and other social events, staff was overwhelmed; delays in valet car service. As regular guests, we felt like we were in the way. Rufa's was closed Saturday night with no notice. Other guests were loud (children yelling well after midnight). Game room needs update. ”

”First I have to say I am not a fussy traveler. Very easy going but this place should not be called a RESORT. Everything about it was dated and worn out. The furniture in my room and outdoor area was super dated and needed some attention. The pool was about 20 ft long. The hot tubs they have are neglected. The whole property is in need of a overhaul! The pictures did not show all this. I would not stay here if I were you!”

”Room floor was dirty, after wiping up a spill of water in the main guest room, the towel I used to wipe up the water was pretty appalling. Grout in the bathroom was pretty dingy, disappointing for a $500/night room. We called to request additional coffee and toilet paper for the next morning and it never arrived, we eventually just went to lobby to get it ourselves. Over the weekend, I did catch the really bad flu/bronchitis bug that has been going around. Not saying I caught it at the hotel...
