”Notre séjour c'est très bien passé et nous avons beaucoup apprécié le spa. Les chambres privilèges sont très grandes avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Les fontaines d'eau plate et gazeuse à l'étage sont très éco-responsables, par contre je conseille de mettre à disposition des chambres d'une carafe pour remplir d'eau et éviter de faire des allers-retours avec les verres pour se servir. Pour le spa, le prêt de serviettes de bain serait un plus afin d'éviter au client de devoir amener leurs...

The hotel manager Julie had offered her sincere help for our logistics to hotel and even we arrived late at hotel, the restaurant manager was provided us a warm welcome with delicious dishes after our long hours drive. ”Had an amazing stay at the altapura, read a few reviews a few days before we went and were worried, but it was great. Main complaints were about how hot the rooms were, which were understandable, but opening the window solved that. The other critique we read was about the restaurants and choice of food for half board. Breakfast was buffet and had a great selection. Dinner you get 65 euros contribution each evening towards food, which you can choose from the menu of the 3 different restaurants...
