”The room was not clean enough, Trash under the bed and hairs on the pillow. Breakfast poor, the first day very limited amount of products and day by day they added something more. ”

”Spa area is amazing. Pool perfect temp. Steam rioms, sauna and aromatherapy rooms wonderful. Jacuzzi, warm but the hydro beds were not working. Gym well equipped but old weight machines. Staff were excellent, welcoming, accommodating and friendly. Parking is excellent. Room was spacious, lean and tidy however, the ironing board and iron do need replacing as stained quite badly so unuseable. Easy to get into York as a bus stops almost outside and is only £2.50 single, takes approximately 20...

”The place it self was first class nice & clean the breakfast was lovely the family room was ok over all I enjoyed the stay the food for the wedding was lovely very filling & I loved how the rooms with the doors was different plenty of room to dance & the kids to let there hair down we all enjoyed the stay .”

”We stayed during your renovation period which reduced the use of facilities but in no way reduced our enjoyment of this lovely hotel. Our room and bathroom were superb, it's right in the city but not in a noisy area, the renovations look like it will be an amazing place to stay and it's brilliant that this beautiful building will remain as a hotel. ”
