”I loved staying here! The staff was very knowledgeable and helped us with figuring out the Trolley system. They gave us tips so that we didn't have to spend more money parking at Dollywood. They also provided us quarters (in exchange for cash), so we could do the laundry and also pay for the Trolley. The room and facilities were very clean. Also, great to know they are pet friendly. It makes me feel comfortable to bring my pets in the future. 10/10 will definitely stay here again!”

”Great place for family. We were well pleased. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast every morning was good. I would definitely recommend you get the burger at some point!! DELICIOUS! We stayed in the king deluxe room with twin beds. This was perfect for us and our 2 teens and fur baby. The pools were very relaxing and fun! Even though the place was at full capacity, it did NOT feel like it. Plenty of room for everyone. We are definitely going to return and bring the motorhome...
