”Over the past couple of years, we have consistently visited this facility, but this recent visit clearly revealed a decline in cleanliness. We were unable to obtain clean cups in the room, and despite assurances that the phone would be fixed during our week-long stay, it remained non-functional—never repaired. We waited over forty-five minutes for linen to make the bed at 9:45pm. Maintenance improperly threw our towels on the ground after we had placed them out by the pool before 10:00am,...

”This is a nice hotel but it definitely needs some upgrades in the rooms. We loved the lobby area and pool. The staff was not particularly friendly when checking in. The man that helped me was not very friendly. Not rude or anything just not friendly at all during check in process. Basically asked my last name, asked for credit card and handed me my room tickets and said “floor 10” and that’s it. ”The owner's wife checked us in and we were told that we owed a certain amount of money before we could check in. When I asked again how much we owed she said she didn't know because she couldn't see that as we booked through a third party. She also told us that they keep a copy of our credit card just in case " you were to steal my hair dryer or my pillow cases, or my coffee pot". Never had this experience there before, but I don't think I will be staying there again.”
