”Our stay was unfortunately not satisfactory at all. The room had a horrific musty, mildewy odor so intense that it hit you in the face every time you walked in. There were stains on the bedspreads. The curtain was torn. The towel bar was ripped from the wall. The sliding glass door lock had also been ripped from the wall and reset in a slightly different spot without the old spot having been repaired. The desk lamp was broken.
