”This is an older hotel. Great outside pool area. Common ares need updating. Not what I would expect from a Wyndham property ”

”I have stayed at this property several times and it is my go-to when I visit Topeka. It is in a quiet area. The property is clean and the staff are kind. This visit, however, the WiFi was out for all three days of my stay. Because I work while I am in Topeka this was an inconvenience because I had to work off site at coffee shops which is not ideal. This is why I deducted points for amenities this time.”

”Large room with comfortable bed. Bathroom was very clean. We did experience one problem, which we did not find till we went to bed at 11:00 pm. The floor between the window and bed was soggy wet. Believe the a c was leaking. Found the problem when I went to climb into bed. Told the front desk when we checked out next morning.”

”I would have raised my rating if they had towels available. They were apparently busy before we got there and didn't have enough towels clean to do showers and use the pool. Had to dry off with wet towels. Nothing really impressive about the hotel or stay. But their complimentary breakfast? A paper bag with a little box of HI-C orange lavaburst, a 3 pack of the little powdered donuts, and a fruit grain bar. It was kinda ridiculous.”

”It’s a lot of space for a good price. The floors could just use a deep cleaning and there was trash in the couch cushions. Pretty nice over all.”

”We have stayed there many times. It is comfortable, quiet, and clean.”

”Quick & great check-in with night auditor after midnight. He had great customer service. Stayed one night before we got on the road to head back home. ”

”Online it says they serve breakfast. What they served was toast and Fruity Pebbles cereal.....no beverages to be found. The pool was open however, online it says they have a hot tub. They do not. Staff was very friendly though!”

”First room was dirty- so requested another room. (Dirty stained sheets and holes in them). Hair and dried pee on toilet and hair in shower. Bathroom floor dirty and even had a dead spider on the floor.”

”Wasn't impressed with our stay. Room wasn't ready when we got there. Rooms weren't the cleanest. Stayed 3 days and never was asked if we needed room freshed up. Had to complain twice about noise at nite. Breakfast wasn't vthe greatest. Overall, wouldn't stay again.”
